I've done all the recommended steps to solve the problem. Nothing worked to me.

Trying restart your pc and internet, if not fix try repairing game

Same issue, annoying that during conquest I can get about 3 to 4 matches than I get kicked back to the home screen behind a queue with that disconnection error above.
Same issue here. I've been playing normally until today, but now whenever I jump into the match, I get kicked with a "server disconnected" error. It started happening for no reason.
Same here...Even while playing campaign mode, server connection error about each 2 minutes...
I have the same issue on Xbox was working fine yesterday now get disconnect every 5 minutes even if I'm just in the main menu.
