Silent crashes on PC

I have the same problem. Before a crash happens, the Windows Event Viewer always shows three information messages in this order, and then the crash occurs:

Info 1 / 17:26: The file system filter “EAAntiCheat” (10.0, ‎2025-10-07T00:38:58.000000000Z) was successfully loaded and registered with the Filter Manager.

Info 2 / 17:27: The startup type of the “Background Intelligent Transfer Service” was changed from Manual to Automatic.

GameCrash Info 3 / 17:33: The file system filter “EAAntiCheat” (Version 10.0, ‎2025-10-07T00:38:58.000000000Z) was successfully unloaded.

After the third message, the silent crash always happens.

This time, I also had the following crash message in the Windows Event Viewer:
Service “EAAntiCheatService” was terminated unexpectedly. This has happened 1 time. Event ID 7034.

In about 90% of the cases, it’s always the GameCrash Info 3 that appears right before the crash.

Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX Z690-G GAMING WIFI
BIOS Version: 4101 (dated 03/12/2024)
Processor: Intel Core i7-13700K
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (Driver 581.42, up to date)
Memory: 64 GB DDR5

I tried 3x times on launch day to play the game and I had 3 crashes with the exact behaviour that you describe. I managed less than 60mins of actual game time. Didn't manage to complete a single match.

I gave up in the end, thought it could be a release bug, figured I'd try again a few days later. Which I did. Only then to find out my account was issued a ban after the 3rd and final crash of the launch day.

It's pathetic for a company of this stature to produce this poor quality product. That's before we get on about the almost non-existent follow up customer care.

The above service has to do with Windows Update. Is Windows Update working correctly and up-to-date?

Have any Windows Services been manually disabled in an attempt to improve PC performance? If so perhaps that's causing issues.

10Temp01​ I googled Exception code: 0x80070057.

The exception code 0x80070057 indicates a "parameter is incorrect" error, most commonly caused by storage issues, corrupted system files, or problems with Windows updates. To fix it, you can try running system file checkers, checking storage for issues like low space or corruption, and clearing the Windows Update cache.  

Is Windows update working correctly?

Windows is fully up to date; I double-checked everything yesterday: BIOS update, chipset drivers, and Windows Update. I reinstalled BF6, reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat as admin, tried running everything with admin rights, tested the game on low to high settings with and without DLSS and Frame Generation, checked my PC temperatures (all within normal range), set EA Anti-Cheat to "Automatic" in services.msc, configured everything in Exploit Protection, and reinstalled the graphics driver in Safe Mode using DDU. Secure Boot is also enabled. I also disabled all overlays and background programs and ran a memory test. Honestly, I feel like I have tried everything.

This can be caused by conflicting software, a corrupted anti-cheat installation, or a system issue, and common solutions include repairing the anti-cheat installation, checking for and disabling conflicting programs, and verifying game files. 

A pretty vague explanation. The Windows Event Viewer error message doesn't specify what the conflicting software might be or give an error code number.

I have EAAntiCheatService ExitType: 95 (267) problem can anyone help me pls?

I have the same problem and i also did everything that prostore did and i could not solve it, its frustrating

Having this same issue since launch day, support gave up and referred me to here apparently they dont know how to help me either luckily, i have 14 day refund option on steam which i will if it doesnt work for the next few days what a waste of $100 all the hype is killed to play this game now
