Slow motion issues renders the game unplayble!

Hello!

So I have seen many discussions regarding the issue of the "slow motion" feel of the game when playing on the official servers, especially on larger modes. I have taken some screenshots during gameplay to provide some info. I suspect that the one ram stick is slowing the game, which is a bummer, since I bought a new GPU a few months back just to play a game that probably has brought back one of my favourite franchises.

I have to note that, when I limit the FPS to 30, the time nudging is mostly removed (emphasis on mostly).

Any help is greatly appreciated!
