I'm having the same issue.
The Western Digital Blue SN550 GB is in good health, as diagnosed by the Western Digital SSD Dashboard for the NVMe SSD second slot, where the Battlefield 6 application is located. It has now been shipped out to the ASUS Technical Team in Tokyo for verification of the unexpected unmount status issue.
Therefore, I am re-downloading the 1.2.3.0 update for the Battlefield 6 backup component. Downloading from EA's server 104.18.8.118 (an Akamai Technologies CDN server) is very slow — only between 2 and 10 Mbps — at around 22:00 on 20 April 2026 (+9hrs UTC) .
