SNOWSTRIKE ELITE CONTENT MISSING AFTER I PAID!

As soon as the winter update dropped I bought two content drop one of them being the snowstike elite pack mainly because I wanted to be able to use the pickaxe right away and it won’t let me use the pickaxe or equip anything that is in the bundle and the bundle won’t even show up in my store now it shows everything else .. I HAVE TRIED RESTORING LICENSE, DELETING THE GAME RE DOWNLOADING, nothing is working makes me not even want to spend money anymore on these games
