So i cant play BF6 if im from Ukraine?

I preordered a game and bought Phantom edition. Im still not able to play properly.
At first i thought its some other issue and i had done everything to do with the error code i was getting. After a few days of reaching support to no avail, my friend gave me a VPN to netherland server, and i was finally able to play.
I PAYED for the game and i cant play it. Just because im from Ukraine
