Social menu still not working on BF6

I have had BF6 since released date, and I still haven't found any solution to fix my social menu. I have tried everything, even tips from some of the previous forums, but no luck. I have waited for S1 and S2 to fix these issues, but there has been no solution. Has anybody else found a fix for this issue?
