Someone please help! Can't change attachments on weapons!

When I click on different attachments for weapons it won't stay switched and the green check mark doesnt come up it just stays on the previous attachment. It shows on the weapon the new attachment when i click on it but then it goes right back to original attachment. Please see video

I already talked with EA twice about this and they just told me to post on this forum... not much help. 

I tried reinstalling the game, didnt fix it.
