SOVIS filter makes enemy uniforms appear bright blue on Tsuru Reef

Black/grey/khaki enemy uniforms appear bright blue on Tsuru reef. SOVIS is meant to improve soldier visibility by adjusting contrast/brightness but completely changing uniform color is too much and I assume not intentional. There are a few exceptions where the uniform has normal color (see attached) so I guess it depends on the specific operator skin. I don't see this phenomenon on other maps.
