Squad disbanding

Hello

When we squad up the game will most times not bring the entire squad into to game and when starting a new game it won’t bring entire squad to that new game  PLEASE FIX THIS  

Also please assign a different weapon to support like the carbines  IMO the LMGs are not a good choice for a medic
