Quick status from my side: I spoke with EA again today and, although the reply might read like a generic update, this one came directly from the technical/back‑end team. Before I even explained anything, they already referenced my case and the exact error code, which tells me they were fully aware of the issue without me providing new details. They confirmed it’s being handled as a priority, with coordination on the Steam side as needed. It’s not the answer we were hoping for yet (no public ETA shared), but our reports were noticed and the case is actively being worked. I’ll keep this thread updated as soon as there’s a concrete fix or patch note. Hopefully we’re all back in game ASAP, guys.
