Computer froze and so I restarted. Now I can no longer get into the game past the que. It will put me in que then this error will pop up. I have done everything I can think of to resolve it but nothing has worked.
Any Ideas?

Any updates on this? I've spoken to 3 different live agents and neither of them have been able to tell me what it is or give any direction on what to do.

Apparently it thinks you have multiple EA accounts because your account has mismatched names. I heard that if you unlink your account and link a new EA account it should work.. Careful though its a 6 month cooldown every time you do..
I heard that linking the same account would work but it did not so now I'm screwed.
Also support was like "ya you're on unlink cooldown we cant help you." I asked if they could bypass it since it was a mistake and I was told it was "not possible".. I asked if I could talk to ANYONE that works for EA that can bypass it and I was told NOPE! fun.
Steam wont refund it because sitting in the menu for 4 hours trying to log in is considered "playing"
I bought another one on a different steam, linked another EA account, and it works perfect and then refunded it. So its just literally the account.. - TheAgonistxXx4 months agoNew Scout
That's crazy lol.. Have you tried launching it in the EA app per chance? Wondering if that would work. I don't even see it in the app so i can't try that

I cant launch it from the ea app because i bought it through steam. Unless you know how I couldnt figure it out. It wants me to buy another copy.

Having a similar issue but a different error code. Error Code 1:86001S : 51009S : 11468332130 : 1073807360Q
Played one game Friday then this unknown error happens every time I try to play after the server queue. Tried every solution I could find with no fix. I downloaded my EA account data and for status reason it shows "BANNED_ACCOUNT_TAKEOVER".
Spent hours over the weekend trying to get through to EA support. They showed no bans or issues with my account but had no solution to fix the issue. The best information they could provide was this.
"The error code 1:86001S:51009S likely indicates a failed account authentication handshake between the EA app and the game, often related to an improperly linked or misidentified EA account. This can happen even after reinstalling because the core account data is stored on EA's servers, not on your PC."
If that's the issue they said there was nothing they or I could do to fix it. I'm hoping they have solution soon or at least address this issue and that they are working on a fix.
