I have the same error code, but on Xbox. I also haven’t had any luck. I saw another post where someone thought it was tied to their EA account having two different names.
For me, my account name on the forums and help section shows my newer EA ID, but on the account management page (my account.ea.com) it shows a much older EA ID. Do you have this issue as well?
Yea i saw that post too but i haven't really seen anything that supports it aside from that post so i'm taking it with a grain of salt considering im still able to play my other battlefield games.
My EA ID's weren't matching yesterday, but I was able to change them so that they were matching across the board this morning. Didn't help anything though so I reverted it back cuz i was worried i was making things worse if that was the issue initially lool
