I bought the EA play subscription on a new account and it works on that new account. This means that this has nothing to do with network settings or anything else. it is purely Account based.

My game decided to work yesterday but then again today. same error.

Are u saying that u have the issue again now on ur new account or is it all working perfectly?

Nope.

The new account works perfect.

My old account started working again. and then stopped working and still isn't working. the new account still works
