I'm not seeing any issues with your system. So, it's possible this is account related as some others have mentioned. Did you try resetting your password?
EA_Aljo hey , something really insightful. I downloaded my player data and see my account is banned , it doesn’t say this in game and customer support doesn’t say my account is banned either , but I do see it in my player data , this may be the reason

That could be it. Was the ban from Steam or EA?

EA_Aljo I can play all other steam games and log on just fine so id assume EA, but thing is , I’ve done nothing wrong and played fine all beta and the first two days . Usually when someone is banned it says that in game or the player gets an email with a reason , I have nothing of the sort which maybe why it says unknown error for me and everyone else with this code ban reason says account takeover whatever that means

EA_Aljo I also have the same issue. Downloaded account data weeks ago. Chat says no ban on file. Yet it says BANNED_ACCOUNT_TAKEOVER in my downloaded EA account data.

EA_Aljo More context , I turned on two factor authentication and tried to boot the game again ,had some difficulty getting the 6 digit code to come through but even when I did got the same error code which further indicates a EA species ban, I don’t see what happened if I was fine all beta and the first two days , I did nothing
I’m talking to another customer service rep this morning and he keeps telling me I’m not banned even though my player data says other wise , why would the data lie or who’s the liar here ? Lol like dude ..

Are you sure you're using the right account? An advisor won't see any bans if you're contacting them from an account that hasn't received a ban. Unfortunately, if this is an account issue, you'll need to get assistance from an advisor. We can't help with those over the forums.
