EA_Aljo I also have the same issue. Downloaded account data weeks ago. Chat says no ban on file. Yet it says BANNED_ACCOUNT_TAKEOVER in my downloaded EA account data.
You'll need to contact an advisor to get assistance with that. We're not able to help with account issues over the EA Forums.

EA_Aljo I sent you a message that shows my player data and status saying banned , I can also send the transcript of the customer service agent saying he can’t see my ban , along with some other research complied from AI searches on this issue . Just trying to narrow down the issue , but it seems to be shadow bans for no reason and/or Ea severs not authenticating us for that, or some other reason , no one changed their computer or internet settings from beta to now for the most part

Not home currently but I’ll try another and report back as soon as I can. What hours are you normally active in here ?
