Have you tried playing any other EA games? If you can play them, then there is no ban on the account you're logged in with.

That’s ok I imagine you’re basically the middle man as community manager just passing info to the correct people, but please tell them to look into these “ghost bans” as well as their backend servers, I’ll do as you requested and let you know what happens 🫡

I only have that problem in BF6 i can play skate and APEX without any problems i tried to contact an EA advisor but they only told me that they working on it yada yada yada...

The account isn't actually banned then. It's possible there was a ban previously. If you were banned, you wouldn't be able to play any of our games.

EA_Aljo​ at least for me that is correct. I have never been banned yet my account data shows that message. I also can’t access ea servers on other games as well. UFC 5, Skate., and BF 2042. Every few weeks I can log in and the next day unable to connect.

What message are you getting when trying to connect to other EA games? This is looking like an account issue. Which, we can't help with over the EA Forums. You would need to contact an advisor for help with that.

FC24, UFC 5 would just say a generic unable to connect. I have contacted chat and they have no fix for this issue. They literally pointed me to the forums and ended the chat on one of the many occasions I spoke with them.  Is there someone else other than the EA chat I can communicate with about this account issue? It’s been a year and a half with these recurring problems. I tried re-linking my PSN last month and now I am locked from unlinking it. So I made a new ea account and chat instead linked it to this account still having the issue. Thank you for speaking with us.

This week I have been able to connect to FC24 and Apex. I have no idea why it works with some games and not with others.

Most likely, it's an account issue causing this, but it's possible this is connection related. Have you tried any troubleshooting for that yet? If so, what did you try?

EA_Aljo​  Yes I have. I use a wired connection. Tried just about everything. changing my DNS. Resetting router, using a hotspot instead of my modem. Clearing my PS5 cache.

I also tried deleting and reinstalling the games. Restoring licenses.

EA_Aljo​ I have done so multiple times. They don’t acknowledge the issue is account related or they say they will send it up the chain, depending who I speak with. Is there a way for it to be escalated to someone who can speak on the issue?

For me it doesnt work on the EAapp or on steam
