Thanks for letting me know.
Have you tried installing REDSEC on the same Steam account you're trying to play the full game on? That may help if there's an account linking issue.
I’ll give downloading Redsec a shot later today , I tried that on my ps5 but it was giving the same error I’d get on Steam , further indicating account specific issue . After that failed I unliked everything from my ea account besides Steam which still didn’t help

It's very possible this has to do with unlinking/linking your account. Did you move your Steam ID it to a different EA account?

So turns out redsec is embedded inside the bf6 app so no way to launch it separately on Steam . And negative sir I been using the same ea account since 2008 and same Steam id since I made an account .

EA_Aljo more developments: So when I got home I downloaded redsec on the ea app and tried to get it to work there , I got the same error code but instead of steams’s “unknown error” the ea app is saying my account is restricted and to appeal , this result alludes back to that player data photo I sent you showing my account is banned, but customer service swearing I’m not , also still weird how I was able to play Friday if that’s the case . Lol I think the bans are undetectable or a bug of some sort if customer service can’t see them

Yeah. Every Friday I can play. It has to be something account related that resets every week. Keep being told I am not banned and have no bans on file. Yet still can’t play.
