Is there any way to talk to a real human without going through this process?
I have not had any success with anyone reaching out to me to try and resolve this.

Thanks for your help. I'm also experiencing this issue and haven't been able to find a solution. Every ticket I create through the Contact Us button redirects me to the solution page and isn't saved. How can I reach their support team via email?
Community ManagerYou'll need to choose an option that lets a case get submitted. Usually, requesting help with an account does that.
