Still havent been able to play online!!

Ive had this game pre-ordered for weeks. Now that it is out. I cant start a game online! It let's me play the campaign. But everytime I try to play online it just starts the count down. Then it stops and the start button pops back up. I dont get any errors or anything pop up! Ive tried uninstall and install....I've restarted my router and nothing has worked. I has cross play on and select everything on the custom search and still nothing.....anyone have this issues and can help please?  I put a picture of what screen it stays on.
