Still havent received the season 2 battlepass rewards

I bought the  regular season 2 battle pass with coins on 6th of May. I completed all the paths but have not gotten any of the unlocks from the paid battle pass. I have contacted the customer support, who told me to take screenshots of all the missing content, which seems a bit over the top. Has anybody had this problem and been able  to solve it?
