Stuck at login verification screen with unfamiliar email address.

Hello, I was able to play Battlefield 6 for about a month. After one of the recent updates, I have not been able to sign in and play because I am greeted with a "login verification" screen with an email address I am unfamiliar with. What are my options in this situation?
