Stuttering performance on 14th gen CPU

I don't know if it's a very specific problem but my game performance is really poor even tho I have the recommended requirements to play the game.
CPU:  i5-14600K
GPU: 3060 Ti

I have my RAMs at XMP Profile 1 even and at first I thought it's the VRAM which is causing the issue because sometimes I got this message: "Video memory threshold exceeded. CPU performance may be reduced."
As I tested with more lower graphics to keep the VRAM at 5GB out from 8GB it's still the same.

I attached a video about the problem what I get after like every 10 seconds of gameplay: basically slowing down and lagging like I have 10 FPS.
I also attached a picture about the MSI Afterburner where I can see that when the stuttering happens, everything is spiking.
Both CPU (47°C) and GPU (49°C) temperatures are perfect, so thermal throttling is not the issue.

Does someone also experience this issue like me? Please help me find a solution!
Thank you in advance!

  • 13900ks + 5090 + DDR5-7200 here. I don't have this problem. As you mention you already tried with low textures to reduce the VRAM usage. What memory speed does XMP profile 1 set your RAM? XMP is not guaranteed to be stable with your motherboard / CPU memory controller. Anything above 7000MT is danger zone on Z790 and depends on your hardware. Also, how sure are you that your 14600k is not affected by the degradation problem?

Another thing you can try is downloading LatencyMon and check for latency spikes that may cause this frame drop.

    my RAM speed is 3200MT/s
I tried turning the XMP off and turning XMP Profile 2 on actually but it didn't really help either
I'm not sure that my CPU is not affected actually because it's quite new and I'm using it since 1-2 months
