Support Specialist 2 Challenge Not Completing

It only counts direct impacts towards the damage. They didn't test their game so this is what we get.

I ran into an issue in the game where the first Challenge for the Support, specifically the challenge „Heal Teammates as Support“ is not tracking. It did track for me a few days ago but now even with me spamming the ammo box it does not track anymore.

Challenge "Heal teammates for health with the Support" had stopped tracking it's progress after some point. It continues about 15-20 matches.

I'm on Xbox, and I can agree with this comment. Console and PC are having the same issue. This has been a long and grueling Class Questline. Got most of the Medic quests completed through portal Infantry Breakthrough and  Infantry Conquest. Sometimes AI Rush through portal as well. This launcher challenge has me manic though. I've dead on hit a player in regular TDM, killed em, and still no points. Now that doesn't happen all the time but, This fire launcher has me going bonkers. Like the time someone kills me but not before I set em on fire. They're running by my body, and screaming in flames. I look at the tracked challenge..No damage points were given. So how is a person screaming like a sissy girl in flames not damaging. Currently, I'm close to 600pts out of 2000. I'm going to be the one damaged when this quest is completed. "Emotionally Damaged"🤣🤪

As others have said it only counts direct impact damage and has still not been fixed.

Have same problem with engineer claas challenges. Not counting aircraft dmg...

yo dice wtf is this ? BUGS EVERYWHERE ? cmon get it together its not that difficult dont you be focusing on stupid seasons and battlepasses you **bleep**wits and focus on bugs that either break the game completly such as painted missiles not give off warning or these bugs with challenges not counting towards its goal... been stuck on last stage of support specialist for days...

Same problem for me with the launcher, I’ve even tried the other fixes for other challenges where you change game modes etc but it isn’t working. Seems I only get damage points when I direct hit someone but that isn’t reliable at all

Been getting kills with airburst and it is just stuck at 24/2000 for me,
in addition while playing as support i was able to progress some challage that was meant for assault class (getting score)

This Bug still hasn't been fixed. I've been stuck on this challenge for almost a week now.
