Hey, im unable to progress the Support Specialist 2 challenge no matter what i do and i was wondering if anyone knows if/when itll get fixed since all the other challenges worked just fine

This is a known issue, but, unfortunately, there isn't an ETA for when it'll be fixed yet. The thread below is probably the best one to keep an eye on for updates, as it has a pinned comment from a Community Manager.
