Texture Quality set to "High" causes CTD

Season 1 update has been causing nonstop CTDs, I last about 1-2 minutes in multiplayer before a brief stutter then crash. No error message or anything.

Started troubleshooting in a private portal server and found that setting Texture Quality to High triggers the issue. Toggling other settings does not cause any issues, only when Texture Quality is set to High. Weirder, using the Engineer's repair tool on a non-drivable car while moving would instantly trigger the crash.

I currently set my graphics back to their previous settings with Texture Quality set to Low and I've been able to play normally without any crashes or stuttering. I've only tested this in multiplayer, no idea if this also affects campaign or battle royale.

Additional note: Single player, REDSEC, HD textures , and Marker DLCs were uninstalled when my issue occurred and during the troubleshooting period.

My hardware:

MSI PRO B660M-A CEC WIFI DDR4 (MS-7D37)

12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700F

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

32 GB RAM

Win 11, latest OS, BIOS, and driver versions
