The alt-tabbing on multi-monitor display issues has come back and gotten worse

After the previous update, the issue of the game shifting to a side monitor when alt-tabbing out of the game and back in was finally fixed. But with the most recent update, it has come back. Not only that, it has gotten worse, as the resolution now also gets affected. The game looks incredibly grainy. I am using DLSS quality mode at 1440p output, my guess is that now it drops to either DLSS performance mode, or even worse, 1080p output with DLSS quality.
