The Battle Pass isn’t progressing.
Even when I complete the weekly challenges, I don’t receive any Battle Pass points.

Me too. Just played a match where I completed some challenges, didn't progress. Playing on PC (Steam).
I am having the same issues. Tried working with EA support via chat last night and we were not able to fix it. I tried Verifying Game Files, Clearing Cache, and a restart of the EA App, Steam and computer. Still happening. I am on PC
