Can you have them relink the accounts to the originals? Just to see if all your purchases come back? I would keep harassing steam to either pay you or credit the battlepass purchases...No REASON why you should have to repurchase them.
Another tip...Anything from EA get the EA app..I have both steam and EA and anything from EA I purchase from them. EA games werent available on STEAM back in the day so I have always used the EA app or its predecessor from E Arts.....USE THE EA APP GOING FORWARD.
If Steam cant help you ask them for a refun for the game and repurchase it on EA.
I would keep bothering steam or keep emailing for a refund....Sorry this happened kinda sucks for you....keep emailing my man. Get something for the money you spent :-)..Not sure if steam has a phone number or live support chat. Go there as see whats whats with someone LiVE...Goodluck
