The game won't run even after file repairs.

After the games recent Update I have encountered a Problem that is preventing the game from booting. I've tried everything to try and get the game to work and nothing seems to do anything. When I try and boot the game it looks like its starting up but after a longer than usual load time I'm shown an error message that says "There is a problem with your game's setup. Please reinstall your game." I've attached an image of the error message. I have repaired the files several times and have also uninstalled and installed the game several times to no avail. I have even tried clearing the cache on the EA app and that hasn't even fixed the issue at this point I don't even know what to do.
