Hey, folks

We wanted to let you know that we have identified the underlying cause of the lighting issues present for some players in REDSEC since Season 3 has gone live.

We are now working on resolving this in our next client update.

Hello Battlefield Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I want to report a possible visual bug that happened to me while playing Battlefield 6 on PlayStation 5.

The issue happens during gameplay when I play Ranked Battle Royale Quads. While I am in a match, my screen suddenly turns completely white and starts flickering. Because of this, I cannot see anything properly and I cannot continue playing normally. It makes the match almost impossible to play. This does not look like a connection issue to me. It looks more like a visual or graphics bug. I have screenshots of the issue and I will attach them to this report so you can see exactly what happened.Please look into this problem when possible. I really enjoy the game, and I would appreciate it a lot if this issue could be checked and fixed. Thank you for your time and help. With love, Tornike
