Thermal scopes bugged

I have a strange bug regarding thermal scopes on guns in 1.1.1.0 (ongoing). From time to time, after i died and respawned, the thermal scope is gliched and i see several layers of, what i call it, skybox glitching through my sight, this phenomenon also overlaps the sight it self and reaches from lift to right all over my screen, but just at the total height of the scopes reticle.

To solve it i have to tab out of the game and open a youtoube video and tab back into the game. So i think its a driver related problem. But i wasnt able to solve this yet.
