I found the official servers run at 60hz and community servers run at 30hz, if your cpu cant sync to a 60hz server then you will see slow down, i personally think it was a mistake for EA to have 60hz servers because a lot of people have cpu's before 60hz cpu's where a thing, they need a 30hz official option for people with older rigs, even my Rog ally x has problems with this game and its from 2023, this week im stuck on community servers until there is a fix for the servers because i cant seem to join anything at the moment without problems.
