Time Nudge spikes. Unable to resolve

Has anyone figured out how to fix, or at least reduce, the TN spikes? Conquest is unplayable as tn goes up over 1000ms and stuttering/slow motion gameplay begins. Reduces to 200ms or less when in the...

Unfortunately, I have the same problem. The game is unplayable like this. Unreasonably high NT.
