Community ManagerHi there. This sounds like it could be connection related. Are you playing on a wired or wireless connection? Also, have you tried the troubleshooting steps here?
Wireless, but definitely not coming from that, I’m right next to my new internet box with 500MBps.
I’ve tried it, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it as well, I also rescet my ps5, clear database, and research on a lot of different forum, and happens to a lot but a lot of people..

Even right next to your router, wireless is still an issue. The distance isn't so much the problem. Wireless by nature is not as stable as being wired. Since you're right next to the router, can you test it out with a wire and see if there's a difference?
I don’t have an Ethernet cable, because I’ve never needed one, it has always worked with any other games but battlefield 6, all the other games work perfectly fine!
Also some people used to play wired but didn’t work as well, I’m not wasting more money on thing I don’t need, I just gonna have to ask for a full refund and never play this game, which is very frustrating because I truly love it!
