Hi, does anyone know how to fix the problem of the timed out session?
I explain, I got the ps5 and buy battlefield 6, install it, and then started playing, within the first a got kicked out of the game with a timed out out message, my internet work very well, I tried everything I could read in forums and the problem seems to continue, does anyone know about this ?
Community ManagerA wire will provide a better connection. Just something to keep in mind. You can expect to have disconnects/lag more frequently when wireless.
As a test, try connecting to a mobile hotspot. I'd like to know if the timeout happens then as well.
I don’t have an Ethernet cable, because I’ve never needed one, it has always worked with any other games but battlefield 6, all the other games work perfectly fine!
Also some people used to play wired but didn’t work as well, I’m not wasting more money on thing I don’t need, I just gonna have to ask for a full refund and never play this game, which is very frustrating because I truly love it!

Community ManagerEven right next to your router, wireless is still an issue. The distance isn't so much the problem. Wireless by nature is not as stable as being wired. Since you're right next to the router, can you test it out with a wire and see if there's a difference?
And, is not a error message for connection failure, while I’m playing in the middle of the game, after 5-10-15mn because it’s never the same, it says timed out like if I wasn’t playing, but I am!
and it happens in every game, since a bought it 10 days ago, I couldn’t do one game entirely , it’s very fustrating since the game cost me 115$ CAD and not be able to play correctly
Wireless, but definitely not coming from that, I’m right next to my new internet box with 500MBps.
I’ve tried it, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it as well, I also rescet my ps5, clear database, and research on a lot of different forum, and happens to a lot but a lot of people..
