Ive been circling around EA’s ban appeal or cases which I am not using gameplay enchancing software…etc yet the its still pending then got recieved an email earlier saying they did a throughput investigation saying they did the right thing, Can i argue that I know im bad at the game and still trying to get better since ive been on Call Of duty however im not that low to use cheats, If the tos team wants i can have them fully search my pc I got nothing to hide
For context
I was just playing a couple of games with my buddies and mid match my game goes black screen and game closes then i thought game just crashed then I restarted my game played again and same thing happend and on my 3rd attempt i got a ban notification which was a shocked
furthermore i know i suck i didnt even get to be on par with the leaderboard people on kda im like mid to bottom yet my ban says im using gameplay enchancing software?
its not your fault it happened to a lot of player to be wrongfully banned and unfortunately it seems like the appeal system is useless im following more than a dozen post like yours and as of now no one had success appealing.Please keep us updated if your more lucky.

Since then, I have opened multiple cases to appeal. I received this email from EA on February 6, 2026, around 6 AM UK time, which seems like it was just copy-pasted. but as of Today March 11, 2026, I looked at my cases and it's still pending like all my cases.
