TTK / TTD

The TTK / TTD is the same or worse than BF 2042. I play the EA hardcore server with my friend yesterday and again this morning. It took almost 30 shots to kill anyone, hard core should take only 5 to 6 shots. What is getting done about this? Also why are blocked player getting into the servers I am in. BLOCK MEANS BLOCK!!!!!!
