Twitch Drops

I've started like, 3 separate cases, responded by email to each one and they all got closed with no response. Now when I go to try and start a new one it won't even send the case through. The support is like, one of the worst I've encountered still. Literally spent hours on twitch to never get the dumb drops. 🫤

The issue that cannot be ignored is that Legal Tender was used * money. If you purchase a subscription to a streamer that had drops enabled, in order to gain a drops off Versatile soldier, then this is EA issues unfortunately.
