Unable to add game to library

I cannot, no matter what, get Battlefield 6 to be added to my library.

When I try to, It shows an error, stating "This game is unavailable" and "You're not eligible to play this game"

I've tried countless of fixes that EA support has  been giving me and nothing is working. They were not helpful in the slightest and in a nutshell, they said we have no fix for it.

I've even tried making new windows users, installing the game via my brothers account then logging back into mine and adding it to my library, reinstalling EA etc etc. I have literally tried everything.

This leads me on to believe it's an account issue on their end, not mine. Partly due to me being able to play and run the game fine on my pc via my brothers account - which proves it's not hardware/software related. And, the fact they thought I had a teen account, which I shouldn't and had to prove myself by showing my ID.

Does anyone have any sort of fix for this? I've looked everywhere and cant find another person sharing the same issue, except one person, who has made a thread on here as well.

Thanks for reading this. :)

Extra info that is probably useful:

  • I meet all requirements to play,
  • I do have EA play pro
  • my issue is not about downloading the game, it's adding it to my library.
  • I am using EA play APP not anything else.
  • I am of age

  • Update - since there was no solution the best bet for me was to get a refund. If you are facing the same issue, I would suggest getting a refund since the EA support team is actually just horrid.
