Unable to play Campaign

So I have been getting the attached window when I try and load up the campaign from where I was. I've tried playing the game on my PC and also on GeForce Now but still get the same error (albeit trying it on GeForce Now doesn't crash my PC like it has done about five or six times when physically trying to play it on my PC itself). Does anyone know of any fixes for this? I know there's not much I can do to fix it on GeForce Now due to the way it's set up but still any help with at least fixing it on PC would be greatly appreciated.

Also for added context: I have been getting a message pop-up when trying to launch the game itself that says "Your save files have been corrupted". That happened when the game crashed my PC so I'm unsure whether this is linked into the DirectX error causing issues with the campaign or not.
