Hi there,
I’m sorry to hear that the game crashes to the desktop every time you try to load into Carrier Strike.
Have you tried the fix shared by PyroPoot and GalacticGuuse?
Go to the Battlefield 6 Folder and search for "Levels". Delete every folder there, then go to Steam to verify the integrity of the game files.
Please try the steps in our troubleshooting guide first and see if they help.
If the issue continues, please let me know whether Windows Event Viewer shows any related crash logs around the time it happens. You can also upload your full DxDiag report. Thanks.

Today Nvidia released driver 616.56. I did a clean install of the driver but unfortunately I'm still crashing to desktop as soon as the loading screen for Tsuru Reef appears. Still no error. I looked in Windows Event Viewer but found nothing related to the crash.
I will look into the fix shared in this thread.
I uploaded my DxDiag report.

Just tried this and I can confirm that it works! I did doubt it at first because I had previously uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the crash still occurred 100% of the time but for whatever reason, someone smarter can probably understand why, deleting those folders and having steam verify worked.
Thanks for for everyone who replied.

Not a feasible fix if you are using the platform GeForce Now

It worked. Deleting the "Levels" folders and verifying the game files fixed the crash for me. Thanks!
