Community ManagerBan appeals are not handled via the forums. You can appeal a ban up to three times currently. If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in the following link:

I have already submitted two appeals, and both were denied with generic, automated responses. They didn't explain the reason for the refusal, nor did they specify exactly what triggered the ban, only vaguely mentioning "gameplay improvements." I still firmly state that this ban is completely unfair and a false positive.
Since they have already auto-rejected my case twice and I only have one attempt left, I am genuinely afraid they will just automatically deny my third appeal as well. Do you have any advice or tips on how I should approach this final attempt so that a real human actually reviews my case and looks at my logs?
