Unknown Error PS5 Since Launch

Since launch I have not been able to play this game or rather any EA game such as Skate. Whenever I try to launch the game I receive an unknown error message. The issue temporarily resolves itself when I change my display name on EA. However after a period of time it eventually starts throwing the same error until I once again change my display name. I cannot keep changing my name and need to find a long term fix before my account gets flagged for too many name changes.
