Man, they told me to clear cashe on EA app. EA customer service said that :D Like it can be any relevant to this issue. I did that, nothing changed.
They told me to reinstall the game, did that, nothing changed.
Contacted my ISP, changed my ethernet cable, nothing changed.
They came to my house, checked the signal, fixed that, nothing changed.
They gave me a brand new modem, nothing changed.
There is a post on steam with over 1000 comments reporting similar issues, and they try to fix

This is reported as a "known issue" but packet loss is not. What a joke of a company.
