Verification codes needed to start the game aren’t sending through email

It’s been 2 days now and I can’t play any Ea games on Ps5 because Ea won’t send verification codes to my email has any one else had this problem? I’ve contacted Ea help so many times and they just send bot messages back or they don’t know exactly what’s going on If the problem doesn’t get fixed soon I’m ready to Leave Battlefield and Fc 26 for good and go back to Cod
