Black screen of death and constant restarts. Game unable to play.

I've tried everything for this known issue about the game crashing on pc. I've tried every fix. Updating drivers, Bios, Vram. Literally everything and it wont fix it. It only happened recently too I was playing the game fine until the most recent update to redsec and I have no idea how to fix it.
