VRam Leak

As title says Ihave massive VRam leaks after playing for a while. I read about this a month ago on reddit. So it's not fixed? Can I get a refund if devs want to ignore this? Product I paid for is unplayable after 1 or 2 matches and my graphic cards is overheating. So any solution to this situation, please?
