Bushido Dog Tag Code "Expired". EA will not Honor the code card.
I am quite disappointed with EA over this. There is a good forum post describing the situation well, I'll leave a link to that. Someone else with a more detailed experience.
After hours of contacting EA, speaking with multiple advisors, at the end of everything. They will not honor the code cards given out at the Tokyo Game Show. They didn't even want to acknowledge their existence. Told me to take it up with the retailer not knowing its from a game show.
The printed date on the card says it expires on October 10th, 2027. When you try to redeem the code, it says it's expired.
At some point EA changed the date of the expiration and didn't tell anyone about it.
If I knew this ahead of time, I wouldn't have waited for my friend to get back from her trip to Japan, I would have just had her send me a picture.
