Weapon Barrel Heat Glow

Just curious what setting is tied to the barrel of your gun glowing?
I have my settings modified to run on my pc, but a setting I change disabled the barrel glow.
What setting is tied to this effect?

I've tried the Effects, Lighting and Local Light settings to no avail.

Any ideas?
